本作は、茶碗という形式を素材と構造のレベルから問い直す試みである。
成形後、素焼き前の段階で意図的に解体し、断片ごとに異なる釉薬と焼成を与え、再び一つの器として再構築している。
継ぎ目は装飾ではなく、素材が経験した時間と行為の層を示す“構造的な痕跡”である。
歪みや揺らぎは、手の行為が残す人間性を宿し、破壊と再生、断片と全体の関係を内包した茶碗の新たな姿を提示する。
This work reexamines the chawan by engaging with its material and structural foundations.
After shaping the form, it is intentionally dismantled before the bisque firing, then each fragment is given its own glaze and firing process before being reassembled into a single vessel.
The seams are not decoration but structural traces—layers of time and action inscribed within the material.
Subtle distortions and tactile irregularities retain the presence of the hand, presenting a renewed vision of the chawan shaped through rupture and restoration, fragmentation and wholeness.
