1995年のTVアニメ『新世紀エヴァンゲリオン』放送開始から30周年となる2025年。
その特別な節目に、〈RADIO EVA〉が展開する新プロジェクト “THE 30” とコラボレーションして制作した茶碗です。
エヴァンゲリオン初号機の色彩と構造を手がかりに、茶道文化とアニメ文化――二つの文脈を横断し、
再構築することを目指した作品です。
2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the 1995 TV anime Neon Genesis Evangelion.
To commemorate this milestone, this tea bowl was created in collaboration with “THE 30,”
a new project by RADIO EVA—an initiative known for exploring the idea of Evangelion
“seamlessly blending into everyday life.”
Drawing inspiration from Unit-01’s color palette and structural vocabulary,
the work seeks to traverse and reconstruct the cultural boundaries between
Japanese tea ceremony and contemporary anime culture
